Successful relationships often flow with clear communication and recommendations. RVDA facilitates effective RV dealer-manufacturer relations in part through the 2024 Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey.

For 30 years, the association has conducted the survey and applied it as a tool to improve dealer-manufacturer relations.

RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “It is more important than ever for dealers to provide feedback to manufacturers through the DSI survey as the industry works to improve the overall customer experience with RV travel.”

RVDA invites dealers to rate their manufacturers in four core areas: parts support, reliability/quality, sales support and warranty support.

The deadline to complete the survey is Sept. 11.
