Patrick Industries has completed the acquisition of Inland Plywood Company. Inland is a supplier, laminator and wholesale distributor of treated, untreated and laminated plywood; medium density overlay panels; and other specialty products. Headquartered in Pontiac, Michigan, Inland has an additional facility in Cocoa, Florida. The plywood supplier’s fiscal 2019 revenue was approximately $60 million.

The acquisition of Inland includes working capital, machinery and equipment, and real estate. Patrick will continue to operate Inland on a stand-alone basis under its brand name in its existing facilities.

Patrick Industries is a major manufacturer and distributor of component products and building products serving the recreational vehicle, marine and manufactured housing industries, among others. Patrick’s manufactured products include decorative vinyl and paper laminated panels, slide-out trim and fascia, wiring and wire harnesses, softwoods lumber, RV painting, slotwall panels and components, and more.
