Woodworking industry trade publication “Woodworking Network” recently highlighted the “legendary acquisition spree” RV industry supplier Patrick Industries has been on since 2014. Patrick Industries now has annual sales surpassing $1.2 billion, the publication noted.
Recently, the supplier acquired Indiana companies Inland Plywood, with annual sales of $60 million, and Synergy RV Transport, with revenue around $46 million last year.
In the past several years, Patrick industries has acquired more than 25 companies, Woodworking Network said. In 2017 alone, it acquired eight companies, nearly doubling its employees.
