Voting is underway For RVIA future Board Of Directors. RVIA’s Board of Directors is the highest level authority in the association’s overall organizational structure and is responsible for setting and overseeing strategy and policies related to critical topics such as standards, marketing, government affairs, industry education, statistical data, and association finances. As a member of the RVIA, companies’ participation in this election help shape RV industry national policy for the coming year.
Fifteen candidates for the seven open seats were announced in August. From that pool, three manufacturers, one park model manufacturer, one supplier, and two at-large seats will be filled during the election.
Only one vote per member company is permitted by each member company’s official representative. Formal instructions for voting were emailed to all official representatives at member companies on September 8. Voting is currently underway and continues through September 29.
Winners will be informed by October 1 and an announcement of the results will follow. Newly elected board members will begin serving their terms on January 1, 2021.
