Eight RVDA Sessions Provide Fixed Operations CEUs

The RVDA Virtual Convention/Expo will feature eight sessions where fixed operations professionals can earn Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits.

The CEUs may be applied to recertification offered through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.

“These convention/expo sessions offer a convenient and cost-effective way for fixed operations professionals to earn recertification CEUs during a time when in person training opportunities are limited due to the pandemic,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia stated. “The sessions can be viewed 24/7 and focus on some of the top customer service issues facing RV dealership personnel, so they’re valuable for anyone working in parts and service management, whether they are certified or not.”

Each of the eight highlighted sessions qualifies for 0.5 CEUs. To receive the credit, participants must complete the evaluation form after viewing a session.

The sessions that provide CEUs and the qualifying fixed operations position are:

 

“Maximizing the PDI Walkthrough” with NTP-STAG’s Val Byrd.

CEU for: Service Manager, Service Writer, Parts Specialist, Parts Manager

 

“Top 5 Safety Gotchas at RV Dealerships” with KPA’s Ted Ullmann and Brian Davies.

CEU for: Service Manager, Parts Manager

 

“Key Factors for the Successful Business Process” with Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA)’s Greg Dewalt.

CEU for: Service Manager, Parts Manager

 

“Building a Championship Team: Identifying, Hiring and Retaining Top Performers” with Relentless Dealer Services’ Jamison Carrier.

CEU for: Service Manager, Parts Manager

 

“Building a Positive Customer Experience in Your Service Department” with PRVCA’s Dewalt.

CEU for: Service Writer, Parts Specialist

 

“How to Navigate a Fall Tsunami of Service Opportunities” with Kenect’s Trevor Allred and McKay Alle.

CEU for: Service Manager, Parts Manager
