The RV Dealers Virtual Convention/Expo is highlighting first-time RV buyers through on-demand educational sessions.
RV dealers report that 50 percent or more of RV purchases are from first-time buyers in 2020, RVDA stated.
“The on-demand sessions are an ideal way to educate and reinforce sound customer service practices as the industry welcomes an unprecedented number of first-time buyers,” President Phil Ingrassia stated.
The convention’s virtual platform provides a cost-effective way to provide professional development to new and experienced employees, RVDA stated.
