Lippert Launches Power Jack

Lippert Components (LCI) revealed its new Power Stance Tongue Jack on Dec. 4, allowing RVers to lift and lower trailers at the push of a button.

Lippert called the jack a first-in-class “game changer.” The jack also can be paired and operated with a 2-way to 7-way powering system. The Power Swap Auxiliary Cord connects the jack directly to a tow vehicle’s 7-way adaptor without draining an RV’s battery. The connection gives the jack immediate power when there insufficient power or, as with most utility trailers, there is no battery at all. The auxiliary cord does not come with the jack.

A manual crank handle will lift the jack in case of unexpected power failure.

The Power Stance contains all the standard LCI power tongue jack benefits, Lippert stated, with additional features that capitalize on power, versatility and convenience. An integrated storage ring holds safety chains and a 7-way adaptor storage inlet under the jack hood keeps the adaptor clean and dry.

Other features include built-in LED lights and helical-cut gears that decrease noise and friction while improving performance, Lippert stated.

“Nobody else on the market offers a tongue jack that supplies the exclusive features of the Power Stance 3500,” stated Mark Boessler, senior aftermarket sales VP. “Those features, combined with our expertise in the power jack sector, have ultimately been our driving forces for developing innovative, industry-leading tongue jacks over the years.”

The Power Stance includes an enhanced rocker switch for improved durability, an emergency crank-through socket and a 3,500-pound lift capacity.

“The versatility of the Power Stance really separates it from the rest,” Boessler stated. “This power jack solves everyday problems that retail customers have fought from the beginning, with the ability to plug it into a truck when a battery is dead on the RV being a huge advantage. We are thrilled to have a patent pending on this revolutionary new tongue jack and take the everyday power jack to a whole new level of unique user experiences.”

The jack is available to RV and utility trailer OEMs, along with a retail packaged aftermarket version.
