Danko Manufacturing named Joe Wood its national sales director.
The company said Wood will lead increasing brand awareness, expanding dealer engagement and sales territories. Wood was the southeast region sales rep at Danko, and the company said he will continue working with larger dealerships at a national level, providing strategies on how best to serve customers and sell Danko products.
“Joe is not only one of the best guys out there, but he brings incredible talent, passion, and vision to our team that will really serve our customers,” stated Danko Vice President of Operations Jerad Burkhart. “We are thrilled to have Joe leading charge in the RV dealer market. It is very important to add territory sales managers in the southeast and northeast as soon as possible and gradually move to other areas in the country as time and sales progress.
The company said Wood spent more than 20 years in the RV industry, serving as national sales manager with an RV aftermarket accessory manufacturer. In his career Wood’s job titles also include store manager, national & regional account management.
Danko manufacturers safety-related products including the RVibrake3 flat towing braking system and Tire Patrol tire pressure monitoring system.
