SmartPlug Systems CEO Tony Barber said the company wanted to better represent its products with Dave Carter & Associates, an Ocala, Florida-based distributor. Started in 1978, Dave Carter & Associates has 11 nationwide locations today.
Barber said, “They have well-established relationships within the RV OEM business and a solid understanding of the importance of advocating for safer electrical connections on RVs.”
The company’s SmartPlug product has 27 times more metal-to-metal contact than older styles. The SmartPlug helps reduce overheating to prevent power failures and RV fires.
