The 2021 NTP-STAG Virtual Expo begins today and runs through Friday.
The distribution company, a division of Keystone Automotive Operations, started planning the virtual show after the live 2020 NTP-STAG Expo last January. When COVID-19 hit the U.S., the company decided a virtual event would be a companion to the 2021 live show.
Hundreds attended the in-person NTP-STAG Expo in Orlando, Florida, on Jan. 18-19, which organizers said was limited to 25 percent capacity because of Coronavirus protocols. NTP-STAG wanted to make sure those who did not get the chance to attend in-person could still participate.
The online exposition, sponsored by Airxcel, will feature the same deals, promotions and content as the in-person show. NTP-STAG stated it expects increased supplier participation this week.
The 2021 NTP-STAG Virtual Expo will include RV University sessions with interactive Q&A segments, online manufacturer exhibits, and daily giveaways. Dr. Mary Kelly, Council of Peers Award for Excellence Speaker Hall of Fame member and leadership growth specialist, will deliver the keynote address.
RVDA and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center are included on the virtual exhibitor list. The booth will offer information on the center’s new Service Writer/Advisor Online Course, certification programs for fixed operations professionals, the 2021 Go RVing Dealer Program and the subscription-based, online version of the Damage Repair Estimator.
“NTP-STAG has developed an easy-to-use platform for virtual attendees to access a wide range of RV aftermarket products and services to enhance the RV experience for customers,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said. “While many of us cannot be together in person, we look forward to catching up with our members and industry partners virtually during the Expo.”
In addition to RV Learning Center program videos, attendees can schedule chats with RVDA and learning center staff throughout the event.
The company stated there is a possibility NTP-STAG will continue holding virtual expositions in conjunction with in-person ones.
