NetworkRV hired Danny Rahner as its new director of technical support for SoftStartRV, the company’s RV air conditioner accessory product.
Rahner has 45 years’ experience as a senior manufacturing engineer for several companies, including the federal government and Dometic USA.
“We are excited to welcome a seasoned professional like Danny to our team,” SoftStartRV co-founder Doug Curtis said. “His extensive experience with RV air conditioning products and accessories, combined with his dedication to customer service make him the obvious outstanding choice to lead our team.”
Rahner will lead NetworkRV’s technical support team as it guides RVers and dealers through SoftStartRV installations. Rahner will manage every resource to the customer or dealer, the company stated, including installation instructions, wiring diagrams, installation tutorial videos and live tech support for RVers.
Rahner will be interviewed live at 8 p.m. EST Feb. 16 by RV Electricity’s Mike Sokol. The interview will be live streamed on Sokol’s YouTube channel.
