RV Retailer appointed Tim Benter as vice president of general counsel Feb. 26.
Benter will be responsible for all the company’s legal affairs, reporting to RV Retailer’s President and CEO Jon Ferrando.
“Tim Benter is an excellent addition to our senior leadership team,” Ferrando said. “Tim has a great mix of legal and business operations experience in a high growth environment, which makes him ideal to lead our legal function and partner with our executive team to drive strong growth and industry-leading legal compliance.”
Benter’s most recent legal role was vice president of deputy general counsel and assistance secretary at Republic Services, a solid waste and recycling services company with more than $10 billion in annual revenue. RV Retailer stated Benter played significant role in the mergers and acquisition legal function during a high-growth period.
