Wireless solution supplier Winegard is partnering with Sling TV to offer a new streaming bundle.
Sling TV’s Director of Sales Adam Kucera said more Americans are using an over-the-air antenna to save money and get free local channels. The company does not charge local customers additional fees, he noted.
“Winegard is an industry leader, and their launch of the Ultimate Streaming Bundle takes the guesswork out of cancelling cable, so consumers can rest easy, save money and still get all their favorite channels,” Kucera said.
The Ultimate Streaming Bundle includes four elements: Sling TV’s cable channels, including live shows, sports and news; AirTV Anywhere, a WiFi-enabled network hub that lets consumers stream and record free local channels; Winegard’s Elite 7550 Antenna, allowing viewers to access HD-quality reception even in populated urban environments or more than 70 miles away; and OnTech Smart Services, a professional technician team that will set up a consumer’s package.
“Until now, customers had to create a package like this all by themselves, piece by piece,” said Aaron Luttenegger, Winegard’s director of business development and sales. “By teaming up with Sling TV, we can give customers everything they need at a price that makes sense. I think they are going to love the flexibility and choice that comes with the Ultimate Streaming Bundle.”
Winegard has satellite TV partnerships with DirectTV, Dish, Bell TV and Shaw Direct. Headquartered in Burlington, Iowa, Winegard has locations in Illinois, Indiana, Idaho and Oregon.
“Our products for the home, RV, marine and industrial markets are designed to foster harmony by erasing the lines between technology and human experience,” the company stated. “Customers should have the right tools to live, work and play wherever and however they want.”
