LCI Industries added Stephanie Mains to the company’s Board of Directors as an additional independent director.
Mains was appointed to the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee within the board.
“We are pleased to welcome Stephanie to our board,” LCI Industries Board Chairman Jim Gero said. “Her extensive operations experience and leadership abilities will be of significant value to LCI Industries, our Board of Directors and our stockholders.”
Mains serves on the Diamondback Energy board of directors, an independent oil and gas company, in addition to board director roles for Gates Industrial Corp. and Stryten Manufacturing, a private battery portfolio company of Atlas Holdings.
Additionally, Mains founded and runs her own consulting firm, SK Mains Consulting, launched in April last year.
She most recently served as interim president and CEO of GE Energy’s power conversion business from April to December last year. From 2015 to 2019, Mains was president and CEO of ABB Industrial Solutions, where she led the group after ABB’s acquisition of GE Industrial Solutions.
Before joining GE Energy, Mains served 17 years across multiple of the company’s sectors in financial and transformational leadership positions, LCI stated.
Mains joins board directors Gero, Jason Lippert, David Reed, Brendan Deely, Frank Crespo, Kieran O’Sullivan, Tracy Graham, Ron Fenech, Virginia Henkels and Johnny Sirpilla. Each member has a one-year term ending at the next annual director election.
