Teardrop trailer and truck camper manufacturer nuCamp broke ground on a new service center and training academy during an opening ceremony May 28.

The company stated service and unit upgrade requests continue to grow with camper production. nuCamp’s new 50,000-square-foot facility will allow the manufacturer to better service its customers and dealer network. The building is a multi-purpose service center, including 20 bays and an educational hub. New team members and dealers can gain experience in technical training and certification through the hub.

“The vision fueling this project is the ability to deliver unparalleled customer service. It begins with thoroughly educating our own team members and extends that same experience to our partners within our dealer network across North America,” nuCamp CEO Scott Hubble said. “It is incumbent upon us to ensure that everyone who comes into contact with one of our campers is in the best position to understand, explain and demonstrate the remarkably unique product which we produce.”

Hubble added the move marks a “monumental opportunity” to strengthen and develop the company’s support services to dealers and consumers, with an ultimate focus on customer satisfaction.

Sugarcreek, Ohio-based nuCamp serves the American market with its teardrop trailers, truck campers and teardrop campers.
