RV industry members are invited to learn how to manage first-time buyers and “de-escalate problems” in a virtual workshop.
Scheduled at noon EST March 23, Better Vantage Point’s lead consultant and founder Tom Kline will share his three-step model to build trust after a sale.
“The RV industry is flooded with first time buyers,” RVDA stated. “Year-over-year sales have skyrocketed, and dealers are holding the line on profitability on each unit.”
Strategies discussed during the workshop will cover “Addressing Problems Early… Before They Cost Money,” “Offering Potential Solutions Instead of Ultimatums” and “Achieving Customer Buy-in and Closing the Dispute.”
