Way Interglobal Network, RV OEM appliance, electronic and furnishing supplier, hired several new members to its Elkhart, Indiana team.
“This past year has been full of change and challenges in the RV industry,” Way CEO Wayne Kaylor said. “But due to our hard work and strong relationships, we have been able to grow our business and add team members to support this growth.”
Six-year industry veteran Robert Cuppy is joining Way as field service technician. Cuppy served 14 years in the military and is an Army National Guard member.
“Our field techs, Robert, along with Tommy Willy, Charles Wheeler and Steve Holt, are a critical link in our innovation process,” said Chris Greer, Way’s VP of product development.
Field technicians benefit OEM relations, Greer said, “working hand-in-hand with our customers to design and build products that meet the needs of today’s RV owners.”
Way also hired Customer Care Coordinator Debra Drum and Warranty Coordinator Kyra Johnson. Warehouse Manager Mike Evans and Mike Custer, VP of Operations, were hired within the past few months, the company stated, contributing to Way’s substantial growth in the past year.
