Trader Interactive will begin offering RV inspections, a service it will call RV Trader Assurance.
RV Trader Assurance will enable private party sellers to order a pre-purchase RV inspection at what the company called an affordable industry rate. The service will be conducted by Lemon Squad, an automotive inspection company, in a new partnership with Trader Interactive.
“Our new partnership with Lemon Squad elevates Trader Interactive’s offering by seamlessly integrating professional inspection services within our transacting ecosystem,” said Troy Snyder, vice president of digital retailing at Trader Interactive. “In-depth, RV inspections are conducted in-person, resulting in the most thorough mechanical and cosmetic inspection report available in the industry, boosting buyer purchase confidence, and speeding seller time-to-sale.”
With RV Trader Assurance, a certified Lemon Squad inspector will come to the seller’s RV for an on-site inspection. The inspection will include a comprehensive internal and external structure examination, complete mechanical inspection, road test, appliance inspection and more than 40 high-quality photos.
The inspector will deliver the inspection report through a digital dashboard, typically available the following business day. Inspection results are compiled into a report that can be shared with prospective buyers to validate the vehicle’s purchase price, build confidence in the unit and save time in the selling process.
With an inspection completed, private listings will be marked with the certified RV Trader Inspection Badge. The badge denotes the inspection report availability among the competition and attracting qualified buyers.
RV Trader Assurance is available to all Trader Interactive customers who list vehicles for sale on RVTrader.com.
