Way Interglobal, a supplier of RV furnishings and electronics, hired Elijah Shypitsyn to be the direct-to-consumer marketing director and Carter Bazaire as aftermarket coordinator.

Shypitsyn’s primary role will be to help drive Way’s growth in the consumer RV market. Way stated its brands, including Everchill, Greystone, Drive, Elite, and Haven, have been embraced by OEMs. Way now is working to expand direct sales and relationships with RV owners and aftermarket consumers.

“We look forward to Shypitsyn’s guidance in taking our consumer marketing efforts to the next level,” said Wayne Kaylor, CEO and founder of Way. “We are excited to bring our leading RV offerings right to owners who want to upgrade their vehicles.”

Bazaire, Way’s new aftermarket coordinator, will help to elevate the business’s presence on Amazon and in other e-commerce avenues. Bazaire previously worked in a customer service and e-commerce manager role. Bazaire has previous experience in the RV industry. Way stated Bazaire already made an outsized impact on its ecommerce programs.

“With the addition of Carter,” Kaylor said, “we can better serve our aftermarket customers and continue to grow that area of our business.”
