Ember Recreational Vehicles leaders delivered the company’s first production unit and celebrated the milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and building dedication at Ember’s headquarters and production facility in Bristol, Indiana.
The new unit, an Overland Series 191MDB model, was handed off to Haylett Auto and RV of Coldwater, Michigan. Dave Haylett and Josh “The RV Nerd” Winters, of Haylett Auto and RV, were present to receive the unit.
Ember’s owners — Ashley Bontrager, Chris Barth, Steve Delegrange and Ernie Miller — were present to celebrate the milestone.
Bontrager said milestone celebrations are important for Ember.
“Today, we have achieved a critical goal for Ember — delivering our first production unit to a valued partner, Haylett Auto and RV,” Bontrager said. “We are now one step closer to achieving our mission. We are challenging the status quo, making a positive impact on our industry, and building a better RV by building a better RV company.”
Dave Haylett, president of Haylett Auto and RV, said he believes in Ember’s products, mission and vision.
“We are honored to receive the company’s first production unit,” Haylett said. “We cannot wait to receive additional units and look forward to a long partnership with Ember.”
Additional units will be delivered to dealers on an ongoing basis. For more information on Ember and to view the 191MDB and other floorplans in the Ember Overland Series, visit EmberRV.com.
