Ultra-light travel trailer manufacturer Cruiser RV launched a new mobile app, MyCruiserRV, to help consumers oversee their RV.
Lesley Melvin, Heartland’s director of marketing, said the release is exciting for Cruiser RV.
“This app is rich in content and information regarding overall RV maintenance and ownership,” she said, “but also includes information relevant to the owner’s specific rig — creating a unique user experience.”
The MyCruiserRV mobile app allows RVers who enter a VIN to monitor warranty information, sales and parts orders, as well as receive maintenance tips. The app has an ever-growing library of how-to content, checklists and vital operational and maintenance instructions. Owners’ manuals and warranty information are readily accessible on the app, along with a dealer directory. Users can opt in for push notifications, which will alert them to a variety of things, from parts shipments, to when a warranty claim has been processed, to even a local rally.
Jim Fenner, Heartland RV’s vice president of service, quality control and engineering, said high-quality products and customer service are the company’s top priorities. He said the possibility of daily information updates helps fulfill these goals.
