Keystone RV launched a mobile app designed to consolidate key resources for owners, helping them to camp more successfully and confidently.
My Keystone is now available on the Apple and Google Play app stores. Content available through the phone app includes manuals and quick start guides, Keystone’s First-Time Campers series, how-to videos, DIY program details, maintenance schedules, troubleshooting guides, and a consolidated library of all mobile apps associated with each brand’s vehicles.
Rick Deisler, Keystone’s vice president of service operations initiated the program’s development.
“Our team has created an unbelievable set of support resources,” Deisler said. “The next step was to serve them up to owners in a consolidated, easy-to-access way. ‘My Keystone’ makes it super simple for our owners to find everything they need quickly.”
Keystone RV President Jeff Runels said the company is emphasizing its “Camp Better” promise.
“It is what drives our innovation team, our product team, and perhaps most of all, our owner relations team,” Runels said. “My Keystone is a terrific example of how we continue to go the extra mile to deliver on that promise.”
The app is free for Keystone owners. The company will continue to add resources over time, including adding recall alerts in an update coming later this year.
