Blue Water Development, a management firm specializing in developing East Coast campgrounds, hotels and attractions, purchased Delaware Beaches Jellystone Park Camp-Resort.

The acquired Lincoln, Delaware-based campground opened April 1 with a multi-million-dollar infrastructure program that will upgrade RV sites and Wi-Fi, expand the company’s camping supply store and add enhancements such as water slides and renovated campsite features for visitors.

The property joins Blue Water’s portfolio of 12 RV resorts on the East Coast and seventh on the Delmarva peninsula.

“Jellystone is a family-friendly brand that, just like Blue Water, focuses on delivering the best experience possible to each and every guest, each and every time,” Blue Water CEO Todd Burbage said. “Jellystone’s brand and this campground are a perfect addition to our Blue Water family, and we are excited to build on the decade-long legacy of the park’s previous owners.”

Delaware Beaches Jellystone Park features more than 265 sites, Blue Water stated, including full hook-up RV sites, vacation rental cabins and tent sites, as well as seasonal and extended-stay opportunities.
