Jayco will promote three executives in product development positions.
The moves follow the executive promotions of Brion Brady and Nic Martin announced Feb. 17.
With Martin now the vice president of sales for Jayco and Entegra Coach motorized brands, Cory Weatherton has been promoted to senior director of product development for motorized. With the promotion, Weatherton will oversee product development for all Type B, C and gas Type A Jayco and Entegra Coach motorized RVs, Jayco stated.
Weatherton previously was director of product development for the gas Type A brands.
With the changes, Ryan Eash officially is the general manager of motorized – Jayco and Entegra Coach. When Martin’s promotion was announced, Jayco stated Eash would backfill the GM position. Eash previously was director of product development.
Rounding out the motorized leadership, Pat Carrol remains the senior director of diesel luxury product.
“As we continue to grow as a company, it is imperative that we adjust our structure to support the evolution of the Jayco family of companies,” Martin said.
With Brady now the vice president of sales at Highland Ridge RV and Starcraft RV, Jason Martin has been promoted to senior director of product development for both companies. Jayco stated Martin will manage product development for all products for each of the companies. Martin previously was the Jayco Eagle brand director of product development.
“It is exciting to see our people grow and receive these opportunities for leadership,” Brady said.
Finally, Jayco stated Rudy Boals was promoted to director of product development for Jayco towables, overseeing development for Eagle travel trailers and fifth wheels. Boals previously was regional sales manager for Jayco fifth wheels and toy haulers in the South Central region.
