Campers Inn RV is acquiring Dylan’s RV Center in Sewell, New Jersey. The 48,500-square-foot RV center sells Type A, B and C motorhomes as well as providing service and RV storage. It is the second location Campers Inn RV acquired in New Jersey in the past year.

Dylan’s RV Center will retain its branding and website for now, Campers Inn RV said.

“We are extremely excited to continue to expand in the Northeast and provide even more support to our customers in the New Jersey area,” said Jeff Hirsch, president and CEO of Campers Inn RV. “Dylan’s RV Center is well known for its superb customer service, expertise in motorhomes and highly knowledgeable, caring staff. They are the market share leader in their region and known for excellent customer service.”

Dylan’s RV Center was established in 2007 when owners Steve and Tami Minghenelli, were looking for a motorhome for Steve’s racing career and could not find one that fit their needs. They went to the manufacturer to get the coach they wanted and ended up becoming an RV dealer. They started with just three motorhomes.

Over the past 15 years, Dylan’s has become the top motorized dealer in the state, consecutively being named No. 1 by Statistical Surveys in Type A motorhome sales in New Jersey since 2010, Campers Inn said.

“Doing business with Steve and Tami has been seamless, as both are culture-oriented and looking to keep their dealership part of a family-owned business,” Hirsch said. “We look forward to them joining the Campers Inn RV family and continuing to be the motorhome customer’s Trusted Resource.”

The full-service dealership carries motorhome brands from manufacturers such as Newmar RV, Fleetwood RV, Thor, Dynamax RV, Coachmen RV, Renegade RV and American Coach.

“We are extremely pleased to be joining the Campers Inn RV family and to be able to provide more support to our customers traveling outside of the state,” said Steve Minghenelli, Dylan’s RV Center owner. “We have long prided ourselves on excellence in service and a better buying experience for our customers, and we are excited to continue our legacy with the Campers Inn RV team who share in the same family-owned vision. We feel confident that we are providing the best home for our employees to grow and our customers to be taken care of. We look forward to a smooth and successful transition.”

Since 2018, Campers Inn RV has acquired 18 locations for a total of 36 dealerships in 19 states.
