RV dealership specialist Jane Saxon will present a workshop on managing working capital as part of the dealer/GM track during the 2022 RVDA Convention/Expo. Nov. 7-11 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
The hour-long workshop, “The Right Balance – Optimizing Working Capital and Cash in Your Dealership” is designed to help dealers determine the right amount of liquid assets to keep in their dealerships. It will take place at 2 p.m. Nov. 10.
In the workshop, Saxton will explain how to calculate working capital ratios, teach techniques to find a dealership’s optimal working capital level, instruct participants to assess current working capital/cash levels and help dealers determine whether they are using capital wisely.
Saxon is a principal with Somerset CPA & Advisors and leads the national dealership team. The team serves clients in the RV, automotive, powersport, boat, ag equipment and construction equipment industries.
