Team-building specialist Jamison Carrier will deliver two workshops during the 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo Nov. 7-11, 2022, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The workshops are designed to help dealers get the most from their F&I departments.
The first session at10 a.m. on Nov. 9, “Evaluating your F&I Department: From Compliance to Performance” takes a deep dive into RV F&I processes and analyzes every aspect for dealers. The session will help dealers examine the numbers from their F&I departments and compare them against the industry leaders, RVDA said. During the session, attendees will learn to:
- Identify a healthy F&I department
- Ensure dealership compliance
- Position a dealership for consistent growth
The second session, on Nov. 10 at 9 a.m., “Leading your F&I Team” gives a broad F&I process overview. The session may be especially useful for dealers whose backgrounds are geared more toward sales or service, RVDA said. The session examines how to dealers can maximize their F&I departments. During the session, attendees will learn to:
- Create a finance process that works
- Identify clearly defined metrics
- Develop an easy-to-read scoreboard
- Execute fair, motivational compensation plans
