Spader Business Management President John Spader, RV business instructor, will offer a workshop as part of the dealer/GM track during the 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo.
The convention/expo will take place Nov. 7-11, 2022, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
Spader’s “Reset and Renew: are you ready for a return to reality?” workshop begins at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, and will examine the post-pandemic world. The workshop will offer information to help dealers prepare to adapt and succeed while navigating turbulent markets.
Spader will help dealers explore why volatile markets require the right product, inventory and market expansion strategies and tactics for success, RVDA said.
Course topics include:
- The potential volatility of the market, changing trends, and what to do to navigate them.
- How to get teams into the right frame of mind.
- How to find the right frame of mind as a dealer and discover inner leadership capabilities.
- Positioning business correctly now and in the future as the RV industry consolidates and evolves.
Spader is a primary instructor of the Spader Total Management Workshop. He is the author of several industry journal articles. He has worked closely with individual businesses in a variety of industries and countries as a small business management resource provider and Spader 20 Group facilitator.
