Go RVing says traffic to the organization’s website is high despite a slowdown of the RV market.
The organization released statistics for website usage from Jan. 1 through Sept. 19, 2022, showing consumer engagement and interest in RVing remain robust.
Go RVing said visits are 58% higher this year compared with the period from Jan. 1 through Sept. 19, 2021. Website sessions are up almost 70% and pageviews are up 44%.
The organization saw a 145% increase in dealers downloading leads.
Consumers viewing RV categories on the site have viewed teardrops, pop-ups and Type B motorhome categories the most. After that, consumers viewed the website section dealing with how to get started RVing.
Consumers also searched for dealer information, rental details, campground information and OEM brand information.
The Go RVing program endeavors to inspire potential RVers, spark curiosity and raise awareness about the benefits and accessibility of RVing through storytelling, the organization said.
