Greg Cleary, Pinnacle Business Guides founder and leadership team coach, will offer a workshop as part of the sales education track during the 2022 RVDA Convention/Expo.
The Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 7-11, 2022, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
“Building a Winning Sales Culture” will start at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9. In the seminar, Cleary will help dealers understand the need to develop a sales training process.
The workshop will focus on helping dealers define their culture, clarify what they want their customers’ experience to be and understand how to begin defining that experience.
Course topics include:
- The three ingredients of a winning sales culture.
- What dealers can learn about sales culture from sports coaches.
- How to build a team of “sales athletes” ready to win the championship.
- How to build a sales playbook.
