United States Warranty Corp. (USWC), known in dealership finance and insurance (F&I) departments nationwide for its extended service protection contracts, will launch three enhancements this fall.

The company will update its powersports extended warranty product line, create partnership opportunities in Ontario, Canada, and release a cloud-based F&I menu selling platform.

“For 47 years we have been committed to serving our customers throughout the country and do it by providing excellent service with integrity and trust,” Chief Operating Officer Alexis Reed said. “The time has come to provide products and solutions that differentiate us further. Moreover, our footprint now goes to the north by being able to serve our Ontario, Canada, outdoor recreation industry partners.”

Dealerships that sell RVs, powersports, boats and lending companies are USWC’s core business model, the company said.

“I have been in the service contract industry long enough to know that one-stop shopping, consumer education and fair pricing is what our network wants,” said Katie Lentine, VP, sales administration.

Another enhancement is our adoption of automating the F&I process with a cloud-based F&I management platform,” states Katie Lentine, USWC VP, Sales Administration.

Patty Emser, VP, marketing and communications, said USWC’s cloud-based menu integration and solutions tailored to dealership needs are reasons for dealers to consider switching to USWC.

“We are high-touch, handshake kind of people,” Emser said. “As the creator and administrator of our own service contract there are no silos, no long wait times for approvals and fast approvals mean fast payments for everyone. As a matter of fact, most of our claims are handled in two calls or less.”

USWC’s new powersport vehicle service contract program includes unlimited milage plans, unique no cost benefits and a reduced exclusionary list.

“We took technological advancements into consideration such as removing GPS and LED components from our exclusions list and included E-bikes, golf carts and of course trikes and all things motorcycles,” said Roy Mathes, VP, strategic planning. “With the market fluctuations these days, our customizable extended warranty and ancillary products are truly suitable for any budget. It is time to get back to business.”
