RVDA Workshop Identifies Service Department Issues

CDK Global Director of Manufacturing Solutions Rob Grant and CDK Global Training Supervisor Steven Call will share common service department inefficiencies during a session in the fixed operations education track at the 2022 RVDA Convention/Expo.

The Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 7-11 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

CDK Global is a dealer management software supplier and maker of Lightspeed Point of Sale technology.

The 45-minute workshop starts at 3:15 p.m. Nov. 9. Grant and Call will present, “Are You Leaving Money on the Table in Your Service Department?” The duo will examine proven processes that lead to improved department revenue.
