Together Outdoors has debuted its new Resource Hub. The hub currently exists as a Beta site. Together Outdoors aims to open the hub to the public before the end of this year.
The online tool is home to curated resources dedicated to helping people understand how to build a diverse outdoor community.
To help ensure the platform is ready to launch, the organization is inviting members to join the platform as Beta users and provide feedback to fuel upgrades and improvements.
Collected site resources comprise books, articles, research reports, data, videos, podcasts and toolkits. The hub includes a directory of inclusion-related outdoor organizations as well as a grant opportunity directory. The various media present information from academic, industry and grassroots perspectives.
Future users will be able to sort content by resource type, focus area, activity type or target group. Users will also be able to submit content or suggest organizations to be featured.
Together Outdoors also plans to use the hub to host web-based training programs.
