Lippert Aims to Increase Sales with Software Solution

Infor, a cloud software company, said today that Lippert Components is expanding using the Infor Configure Price Quote (CPQ) software system.

Lippert anticipates using the CPQ will increase sales conversion and customer satisfaction, as well as reduce returns and support calls, the company said. The company recently introduced its Solera RV awning purchase portal powered by Infor CPQ.

“This new awning configurator is a great example of Lippert’s dedication to an improved customer experience,” said Jarod Lippert, marketing and public relations vice president. “Having this tool in our arsenal means we can enhance the awning shopping experience for all users.”
