The 2023 Leadership Conference set for March 15-18 in Phoenix will feature a speaker who believes in unusual ideas and thinks RV dealers should too, RVIA said.
Kyle Scheele will present to the RV industry during the conference annually bringing together top-level management as well as next-generation leaders from RV industry manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and campgrounds.
According to RVIA, if there’s one belief that is holding dealers back from getting the most out of their team, it is that some people are creative and some people are not. Scheele’s humor and heart will inspire dealers to tap into their team’s innate creativity and chase crazy ideas, RVIA said.
Registration for the conference is open. Attendees will stay at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa for two days of networking, leadership development and motivational speakers.
The conference content is geared toward nurturing talent from across the industry, providing a space to develop a deeper understanding of critical industry issues and “connect the next generation of leaders in the RV industry,” RVIA said.
