Firefly Integrations hired Joel Badskey as the company’s sales and marketing vice president.
Badskey joined Firefly Integrations from Spartan RV Chassis, where he was national sales manager and account manager for the past six years.
Firefly Integrations CEO Leon Bontrager said he is excited Badskey is joining the team.
“Joel is a perfect fit. His moral values, always putting the customer first and extreme attention to detail aligns with what Firefly stands for,” Bontrager said. “His phenomenal reputation in the RV industry as a customer advocate and his knowledge of the industry will contribute to taking Firefly to the next level in unprecedented customer service.”
Along with advancing Firefly’s growth, the company said Badskey’s duties include:
- Improving customer relationships and customer accounts management
- Collaborating with strategic partners to align goals and efforts
- Understanding market needs and build strategies

Firefly Vice President Josh Hazen said Badskey brings years of RV industry knowledge and experience to Firefly.
