This year’s Florida RV SuperShow in Tampa, Florida, officially is the second-largest in the event’s 38-year history.
The Florida RV Trade Association (FRVTA) said late Monday the five-day consumer RV show drew 79,000 attendees. The total was just shy of 2022’s record attendance of 84,000.
“I think the causal shopper decided to stay home this year, but the people that came to the show, came to do business,” said Dave Kelly , FRVTA executive director. “With so many RVs sold in the past year, we had a lot of people coming to shop all the parts and accessories that were here.”
FRVTA said exhibitors reported sales at or above previous year’s show levels.
The 2024 SuperShow will be conducted Jan. 17-21, 2024. Industry Day for the event is scheduled for Jan. 16.
