Firefly Integrations Hires RV Veteran as Trainer

Firefly Integrations in February hired Brian Moran as trainer and product specialist.

Since 2015, Moran has been a full-time dealer tech trainer, traveling and training at numerous dealer locations.

“I am excited to be a member of the Firefly family,” Moran said. “I look forward to doing my part to educate and train those on the Firefly Multiplex systems and components.”

Moran began his career in the RV industry in 1988 with Fleetwood RV and moved on to Forest River in 1996, starting as a warranty manager.

Today, his training specialty involves converters, inverters, basic and advanced electrical troubleshooting, meter use, electrical connections, monitor panels and Firefly multiplex systems. He also performed proto-component testing and evaluations for several Forest River divisions.

“Having Brian Moran on the Firefly team with his training knowledge and expertise will allow Firefly to increase and expand their training and product knowledge to more dealers and customers,” said Leland Bontrager, vice president of tech support. “Brian has a unique training skill that captures attention and has a high success rating. We look forward to having him assist us in training dealers and even some of the staff at Firefly.”

Moran frequently participated in Forest River Owners Group (FROG) rallies, giving seminars across the U.S. educating Forest River owners on how things work, answering questions and covering basic RV troubleshooting.

Firefly specializes primarily in RV, marine and fleet applications. Each system developed by Firefly is custom designed to fit all applications from simple to complex. Starting in early 2000, Firefly Integrations positioned itself as an industry leader in mobile automation, electrical solutions and multiplex systems.
