Patrick Industries acquired Elkhart, Indiana-based Alpha Systems, a supplier and distributor of RV components.
Alpha’s major product categories include adhesives and sealants, RV roofing membranes, injection molded products and shutters. The company’s trailing 12 months’ revenue through March 2021 was $158 million.

Alpha will continue to operate on a standalone basis under the Alpha name, maintaining its existing manufacturing facilities.
