The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) will host a new event designed for female professionals in the trailer industry as part of the NATDA Trailer Show.

The Women in Business Roundtable and Networking Event, will be conducted at 3 p.m. Aug. 29 at Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

According to NATDA, the event will bring together industry women for two hours of idea generation, problem-solving and networking. The event will include light refreshments and a roundtable session moderated by Caitlin Jugert, president of the Trailer Parts Outlet and co-host of the “Women in the Trailer Industry” podcast.

“This is an exciting development for the NATDA Trailer Show,” NATDA Executive Director Andria Gibbon said. “NATDA has been exploring the concept of programs for women in an industry that has been historically considered male. We have heard from several women from dealerships, manufacturers and vendors within the industry and there is a resounding interest in programs to help these professionals address workplace issues that are specific to them and encourage and support females in all walks of their careers.”

The 2023 NATDA Trailer Show features two days of exhibits, education and events. The Exhibition Hall will be open Aug. 30-31.

Dealership Performance Training Aug. 29-30 will include sessions on dealership operations, sales and marketing, human resources and more, including hands-on technician training workshops.

Those interested in attending The Women in Business Roundtable and Networking Event must register for the 2023 NATDA Trailer Show and reserve tickets. For more information, click here.
