RV supplier Airxcel acquired Custom Air Products & Services (CAPS), a service solutions supplier to the specialty heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) markets.
Airxcel stated its CAPS acquisition will provide the company more diversity in its brand lineup. As is the case with all Airxcel acquisitions, the CAPS brand and management structure will remain intact.
