Camping World is expanding its business presence in the Minnesota market with an agreement to acquire Hilmerson RV in Little Falls.
The dealership will transition to the Camping World brand with an expected completion early this summer. The location will be the 11th Minnesota-based Camping World site.
“With a history of top-notch customer service for over 37 years, Hilmerson RV is one of the best dealerships in America,” Camping World Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis said. “I have been in this business for almost 20 years and this team simply runs one of the strongest operations I have ever seen.”
Camping World has dealerships, acquisition agreements and sites under construction in 45 of the 48 contiguous states.
