Alliance RV received the RVDA Quality Circle Award. The award is presented to dealers who earn top scores in RVDA’s annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) Survey.
The survey highlights dealerships who are successful in dealer and customer support aspects. The DSI survey garnered responses from 520 dealership locations in the U.S. and Canada. The survey amassed 2,672 brand ratings, with an average of over five ratings per dealer.

RVDA said the award confirms their commitment to core areas assessed by RVDA. These areas include parts, warranty, reliability/quality and sales.
RVDA Board Chairman Nathan Hart extended his appreciation to participating dealers and congratulated manufacturers who earned Quality Circle Awards.
