CrossRoads’ Zinger and Volante travel trailer brands have been recognized by RV Dealers for their satisfaction with the brands’ quality, parts, warranty and sales support.

Zinger and Volante were among the RVDA’s Quality Circle Award winners, based on RVDA’s annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey.

CrossRoads said the award is particularly notable for brands in the entry level and lightweight categories. Zinger was one among four traditionally built RV brands to earn a Quality Circle Award.

Both brands’ average ranking was above 4.25 on a five-point scale.

Product manager Robert FitzSimmons said, “Zinger and Volante being a multiple year winners of the DSI award means a lot to our production, engineering, quality control and sales team. Knowing we are always actively striving to produce a quality-built product and being awarded by our dealer partners is fantastic.”

CrossRoads RV is a manufacturer of travel trailers and fifth wheel campers founded in 1996. Topeka, Indiana-based CrossRoads RV has five manufacturing facilities and employees over 600 workers.
