Kampgrounds of America (KOA) promoted Aaron Williamson to vice president of franchise services.
Williamson joined KOA in 2007 after serving eight years in the U.S. Navy. KOA said Williamson brought leadership, operational efficiency and strategic planning experience to the association.

At KOA, Williamson served as the KOA portfolio general manager, overseeing campground operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Also, Williamson was a KOA regional vice president, overseeing customer service strategies and revenue-generating programs.
Williamson said, “This role is about fostering success for each member in our network, ensuring that KOA remains synonymous with outstanding outdoor experiences.”
His vice president of franchise services duties will include leading initiatives aligning with camper experience growth and excellence goals.
Williamson said he is looking forward to the new position.
“KOA’s expertise is a powerful tool for growth,” Williamson said, “and I am looking forward to helping our franchisees benefit from our collective knowledge and innovations.”
