The RVIA Leadership Conference will encapsulate numerous when the event takes place March 5-7, in Bonita Springs, Florida. The conference agenda includes a discussion with employees from the No. 1 ranked global restaurant in 2017.
Lindsey Peckham and Billey Peelle served as director of guest relations and general manager at Eleven Madison Park. The New York restaurant made its first appearance on “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants” list in 2010.
The pair will discuss the restaurant’s guest approach. The session topics include pursuing connection, customer journey mapping and design, lessons in guest recovery and improvisational hospitality.
