Dave Carter & Associates (DCA) is shifting leadership positions.
Doug Wilson is stepping down from his general manager position and into retirement after 14 years leading DCA’s Goshen, Indiana, team.
Aaron LeFleur is replacing Wilson and will assume the enhanced role of regional operations director. Lefleur will manage and oversee DCA’s Goshen warehouse and DCA’s nationwide warehouse network.
LeFleur joins DCA with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He oversaw Lippert operations for around 11 years, managed Duncan Systems for five years and spent two years as Monaco RV’s director of parts operations.
DCA said Lefleur’s operational management experience aligns with the company’s mission to build and grow through superior customer service and satisfaction.
In addition, Gary Mack will join DAC as the company’s IT director. Mack fills a role that opened three months ago when the previous director died. Mack will work at the company’s corporate headquarters in Ocala, Florida.
Mack has over 20 years of experience. He was the information systems supervisor at the Central Florida Electric Cooperative for five years, the area operations/project manager at Hotwire Communications for four years and senior field service engineer at Affiniti for seven years.
His skills include IT platform creation and upgrading, intranet protocols and Oracle platform knowledge.
DCA said both hires will promote company growth and customer satisfaction.
