Camping World Holdings Inc.’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend.

The dividend will be 12.5 cents per share.

The dividend is payable March 29 to shareholders of record at the close of business March 14.

Camping World has about 44.78 million shares outstanding, according to Yahoo Finance. The dividend payment will return about $5.6 million to shareholders.

Camping World lowered its dividend from 62.5 cents per share to 12.5 cents per share in the third quarter of 2023. The dealer chain said the decision prioritized capital allocation toward RV dealership acquisitions.

At its previous 62.5 cents per share level, Camping World would return just under $28 million to shareholders, saving about $22.39 million. Over the past three quarters, the lowered dividend payment has freed up about $67.17 million for Camping World to allocate to acquisitions.
