The Gulf Atlantic park models achieved resource efficiency with several factors. Quartz countertops provided durability. Jigs, a manufacturing tool, promoted accuracy to reduce waste. Gulf Atlantic often reuses material.
The manufacturer installed sustainable features that are International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 and 14001 certified.
The manufacturer ensures energy efficiency through LED lighting and ductless heating and cooling. The company’s mini-split HVAC system and the enhanced windows and insulation contributed to efficient power.
The company’s bathroom and kitchen water systems met water efficiency standards.
The manufacturer met indoor air quality standards. Gulf Atlantic has low volatile organic compound (VOC)-emitting wallboards and non-emitting flooring and paint, limiting air pollutants.
