Engines will hum to life tomorrow at Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tennessee. Bret Holmes Racing’s (BHR) No. 32 Chevrolet truck will be decked in Gen-Y Hitch branding during the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) Craftsman Truck Series race.
Gen-Y Hitch said, “We know how valuable it is to protect your investments on and off the track and are honored that the Bret Holmes Racing team trusts Gen-Y Hitch for their towing needs.”
The supplier has been named the racing team’s official hitch.
Holmes said, “It is an honor to have David’s Electric and Gen-Y Hitch as partners this season. I am proud to partner with both of these companies and make Gen-Y Hitch the Official Hitch of BHR.”
Holmes will race 250 laps tomorrow at the Weather Guard Truck Race. The event will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1 at 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
“We have had a strong start to our season,” Holmes said, “and we look to continue that momentum this week at Bristol Motor Speedway.”
Holmes’ first full-time Truck Series season was in 2023. He finished 23rd in the season standings and had a season-high 13th-place finish at the Fr8 208 in Atlanta.
This year, Holmes started with a career-high fourth-place finish at the NextEra Energy 250 in Daytona, Florida. He currently is eighth in the season standings after three races.
